Over 30 Years Experience in Asbestos Surveys
If you have a home built before the year 2000, it is likely that asbestos may be present. Although not known at the time, disturbed asbestos can cause serious health issues if inhaled. Therefore, it is essential to have a domestic asbestos survey carried out before any demolition or refurbishment work takes place. A professional team of trained experts can assess your property and identify any asbestos present, so that any risks can be managed and appropriate safety measures taken. Without a domestic asbestos survey, you could be at risk of exposing yourself or anyone else to the dangers of disturbed asbestos. It is important to ensure that all necessary precautions are taken when dealing with this hazardous material. Domestic asbestos surveys provide peace of mind that any work carried out will be done in a safe and responsible manner.
When it comes to domestic asbestos surveys across the UK, only a licensed professional should be trusted to carry out an asbestos survey. This is to ensure that all current regulations are followed correctly and any hazardous materials on the premises are identified. It is essential that an asbestos survey is conducted in order to protect the safety of occupants within a property.
An asbestos survey is the first step towards rectifying any potential danger posed by asbestos, and it should be taken seriously. It provides an in-depth overview of the materials used within a property or building, allowing for careful examination of each area to determine if there are any areas of concern due to asbestos contamination. A licensed professional will have experience identifying hazardous materials and ensuring that all safety regulations are met. Not to worry, our team will provide you with the best options moving forward, and sometimes a removal is not needed but an asbestos management plan instead.
Very professional. Incredibly responsive office staff. All the right equipment and knowledge. Asbestos removal is not inexpensive but the cost was totally justified by the service we received and by the way in which this good service kept the tenants relatively happy through what was a major inconvenience for them. Thank you.
Great service and communication from first contact to completion
Great service from London Asbestos. We have textured ceilings and wanted to check if they contain asbestos before removing. The staff answering telephone to make an appointment were very polite and helpful and the person taking sample generously came out on bank holiday monday to ensure we get the result asap. Results came back the same day as they were submitted to the lab. Luckily we had a negative result so didnt have any further works carried out but im very pleased with the service provided.
I needed a asbestos report quickly due to a house purchase. I contacted Julia and within a couple of days the report was done and the results available. I am waiting to complete on the property and when done will be calling the team in to complete the work. Amazing customer service from Julia who explained everything in detail. Would definately recommend.
